How HomeBridge Global collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use our website, services or communicate with us.

Introduction

HomeBridge Global ("HomeBridge", "we", "us" or "our") respects the privacy of our customers, household members and other people whose information is provided to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use our website, join our waitlist, become a member, request HomeBridge services or otherwise communicate with us. We only collect and use personal information for legitimate HomeBridge business and service purposes and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use HomeBridge, we may collect information including: • Your name • Email address • Telephone and WhatsApp details • Country of residence • Account and membership information • Payment and transaction information • Household or service address in Sri Lanka • Names and contact details of household members or relatives • Service preferences and requests • Visit dates and scheduling information • Visit notes and structured observations • Photographs and documents where authorised • Communications with HomeBridge • Support enquiries • Referral information • Website and account activity • Other information you choose to provide to us We do not need or intend to collect medical information unless it is voluntarily provided and genuinely relevant to an authorised service request. HomeBridge remains a non-clinical service.

2. Information about other people

You may provide us with information about a parent, relative, household member or another person in Sri Lanka. By providing another person's information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it or have taken reasonable steps to ensure that HomeBridge may lawfully use that information for the requested service. Where appropriate, HomeBridge may also obtain consent or acknowledgement directly from household members before visits, photography or other activities are undertaken.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to: • Create and manage HomeBridge accounts • Process waitlist registrations • Manage memberships and subscriptions • Confirm service-area availability • Arrange and schedule visits • Identify the correct household • Communicate with customers and household members • Perform authorised HomeBridge services • Prepare visit information and reports • Review photographs and documentation • Coordinate approved third-party services • Process and reconcile payments • Respond to enquiries • Provide customer support • Manage safety, quality and service standards • Prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised access • Maintain business and audit records • Improve HomeBridge services and operations • Meet legal, regulatory and compliance requirements We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Photographs, visit information and reports

Where authorised, HomeBridge personnel may take photographs or record information during a visit. These materials may be used to: • Document the visit • Record household observations • Support the preparation of a customer report • Record an issue requiring attention • Demonstrate completion of an authorised activity Field information may be reviewed internally before approved information is released to the customer. Raw field notes, internal comments, internal review material and other operational information may remain internal to HomeBridge. HomeBridge will not intentionally publish household photographs or visit information publicly without appropriate authorisation.

5. Who may access your information

Access is limited according to role and operational need. This may include authorised: • Founders / administrators • Operations Administrators • Family Support Coordinators • Customer-support personnel • Technology and infrastructure providers • Payment providers • Email and communication providers • Professional advisers • Other service providers supporting HomeBridge operations Field personnel should only receive information reasonably necessary for the work assigned to them. Operational personnel are not given access to Founder-only commercial or financial information unless their role specifically requires it.

6. Third-party service providers

Where you ask HomeBridge to coordinate an external service provider, we may share information reasonably necessary to arrange that service. Examples may include an authorised: • Electrician • Plumber • Cleaner • Gardener • Transport provider • Property service provider • Other specialist We will seek to limit the information shared to what is reasonably required for that purpose. Third-party providers may have their own privacy practices and terms.

7. Payments

HomeBridge may use independent payment providers to process membership and other authorised payments. HomeBridge does not intend to store customers' full payment-card numbers or card security codes within normal HomeBridge customer records. Payment providers may process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. International data processing

HomeBridge serves customers in multiple countries while services may be delivered in Sri Lanka. Our technology, payment, communication or professional service providers may also operate in different countries. As a result, personal information may be processed or stored across borders. Where required, HomeBridge will take reasonable steps to ensure that international handling of personal information is subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable legal requirements.

9. Data security

HomeBridge uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against: • Unauthorised access • Loss • Misuse • Alteration • Inappropriate disclosure These measures may include: • Account authentication • Role-based access • Restricted file access • Private document and photograph storage • Access controls • Audit records • Other appropriate security measures However, no internet-based or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for: • Providing HomeBridge services • Maintaining customer and service records • Resolving disputes • Financial and accounting requirements • Security and fraud prevention • Legal and regulatory obligations Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. When information is no longer reasonably required, HomeBridge may delete, anonymise or securely archive it as appropriate.

Where HomeBridge sends optional marketing communications, you may unsubscribe from those communications. Operational communications relating to an active account, membership, payment, visit, service request or important HomeBridge matter are separate from marketing communications.

The HomeBridge website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for: • Website operation • Authentication • Security • Preferences • Performance • Analytics Where additional consent is required for particular cookies or technologies, HomeBridge will provide an appropriate choice mechanism.
