These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HomeBridge Global and the services provided through the HomeBridge platform.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership or requesting a HomeBridge service, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.

HomeBridge personnel should not be asked to perform services outside their authorised scope.
4. Not an emergency or monitoring service
HomeBridge is not:
• An emergency-response service
• A 24-hour monitoring service
• A substitute for emergency services
• A substitute for medical or professional care
• A guarantee against illness, injury, property damage, theft or other adverse events
HomeBridge visits provide observations at a particular point in time.
A visit report cannot guarantee what occurred before a visit or what may occur after the visit.
If there is an emergency or immediate risk to a person or property, appropriate local emergency or professional services should be contacted first.
5. Customer authority and consent
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate authority to:
• Request HomeBridge services for the household
• Provide household contact information
• Provide information about another person
• Authorise access to the property
• Request photographs or inspections
• Ask HomeBridge to coordinate third-party work
HomeBridge may request household acknowledgement or consent before performing certain activities.
6. Access to the household
You are responsible for ensuring that HomeBridge personnel have reasonable and safe access at the agreed visit time.
HomeBridge may refuse, stop or reschedule a visit where:
• Access is unavailable
• The environment appears unsafe
• A person behaves abusively or threateningly
• The requested activity falls outside the HomeBridge service scope
• Continuing would create an unreasonable safety or legal risk
Any such situation will be recorded and communicated where appropriate.
7. Visit reports
HomeBridge reports are intended to provide customers with a structured update based on what was reasonably observable during a particular visit.
Reports:
• Are not professional property surveys
• Are not medical assessments
• Are not engineering reports
• Are not legal opinions
• Do not guarantee that every defect, risk or condition will be identified
Customers should obtain qualified professional advice where specialist assessment is required.
8. Third-party services
HomeBridge may assist customers with coordinating independent third-party providers.
Examples may include:
• Cleaning
• Gardening
• Transport
• Plumbing
• Electrical work
• Property maintenance
• Other specialist services
Unless HomeBridge expressly states otherwise in writing, these providers are independent third parties and not employees or agents of HomeBridge for the specialised work they perform.
Third-party charges are separate from HomeBridge membership fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any third-party work requiring customer approval must be approved before HomeBridge intentionally instructs the provider on the customer's behalf.
9. Third-party responsibility
HomeBridge may assist with identifying or coordinating a provider but does not guarantee:
• Availability
• Pricing
• Workmanship
• Licensing
• Timing
• Performance
• Outcome
of an independent third party.
Customers should review any material quotation, terms or other relevant information before approving substantial third-party work.
10. Memberships
HomeBridge membership plans may include:
• Bridge
• Connect
• Assist
The current:
• Price
• Included services
• Visit allowance
• Additional-service pricing
• Billing period
will be shown when the customer subscribes.
Membership features and pricing may change for future billing periods, subject to appropriate notice and applicable law.
11. Subscription billing
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, memberships are billed on a recurring basis in the currency displayed when the customer subscribes.
Current HomeBridge customer pricing may be displayed in US dollars.
By starting a recurring membership, you authorise the applicable recurring charge until the membership is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Any introductory, pilot or promotional pricing will be clearly disclosed at sign-up together with its applicable duration and subsequent pricing.
12. Additional services
Services or visits outside a membership's included entitlement may incur an additional charge.
The applicable charge should be displayed or agreed before the additional HomeBridge service is confirmed.
13. Customer responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate information
• Keep contact details reasonably current
• Treat HomeBridge personnel respectfully
• Ensure appropriate household consent and access
• Avoid requesting illegal or unsafe activities
• Review important reports and communications
• Notify HomeBridge of relevant changes affecting a scheduled service
• Pay authorised charges when due
14. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your HomeBridge account access.
Please notify HomeBridge promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
HomeBridge may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse or protect customers, households or the platform.
15. Acceptable use
You must not use HomeBridge:
• For unlawful purposes
• To harass or threaten another person
• To obtain information without proper authority
• To misrepresent your identity or authority
• To interfere with HomeBridge systems
• To request activities outside the lawful service scope
HomeBridge may decline or suspend a service request that reasonably appears unsafe, inappropriate or unlawful.
16. Service availability
HomeBridge operates through controlled Service Areas.
Some locations may be:
• Live
• Pilot / Invite Only
• Waitlist Only
• Paused for New Customers
• Inactive
Joining the waitlist or creating an account does not guarantee that HomeBridge is currently available in the relevant household location.
HomeBridge will not intentionally activate a paid service for a new customer in an unavailable Service Area unless a specific pilot or Founder-approved exception applies.
17. Service interruptions
HomeBridge will make reasonable efforts to provide confirmed services as scheduled.
However, circumstances beyond reasonable control may require a visit or service to be:
• Delayed
• Rescheduled
• Modified
• Cancelled
Examples may include:
• Severe weather
• Transport disruption
• Staff illness
• Safety concerns
• Property access issues
• Government restrictions
• Emergency events
• Other circumstances outside reasonable control
Where this occurs, HomeBridge will communicate with the customer and seek a reasonable alternative where practicable.
18. Limitation of responsibility
HomeBridge will use reasonable care in providing its own services.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomeBridge is not responsible for:
• Conditions that were not reasonably observable during a visit
• Events occurring before or after a visit
• Acts or omissions of independent third parties
• Loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to HomeBridge
• Indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Changes to services or terms
HomeBridge may update its services, membership features or these Terms as the business develops.
Where a material change affects an existing paying customer, appropriate notice will be provided where required.
The latest Terms will be available on the HomeBridge Global website.
20. Cancellation
Membership cancellation and plan changes are governed by the Cancellation Policy available on the HomeBridge Global website.
